We are a volunteer organization dedicated to:

• Presenting musical, dramatic and dance programs of a classic or classical nature as well as speakers on various topics at locations in and around Fayetteville,

• Stimulating and encouraging interest in the presentation of and participation in such programs, and

• Supporting music studies in local schools.

Typically, we meet at 6 P.M. on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the
First United Methodist Church, 200 North Elk Avenue, Fayetteville, TN.

This site has been developed to provide:

• A historical perspective on the Council's activities
• A brief snapshot of future planned events
• A means of encouraging new membership, and
• A place for members to exchange ideas
